「Arrived at 9 PM and was told that my reservation was canceled. No indication of why and Expedia still showed my reservation was confirmed, but management canceled my room at their own decision. Again, no indication in the app no phone call. No nothing.」

「The hotel was convenient to the interstate. My suitcase actually broke when I arrived (it was old) so I found a Walmart conveniently less than 10 minutes away and was able to purchase a new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean except for the A/C unit leaked, so the carpet in front of the unit was pretty wet. Besides that, my mom and I had a lovely stay here. I’d stay again if I was in the area.」

「The mattress was the worst. Had a plastic cover that had broken and was sticking me through the sheet. seemed to be old and sagging. Would be a nicer hotel with some upgrades.」
