Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...

「I highly recommend staying at Ambassador Hotel when in St. Paul's Bay, Malta. Have in mind that this is a 3-star hotel, but it's absolutely worth it as it's the best a 3-star can get.
