「Yes they were very friendly」

「This was the perfect stay for me. November so it was winter, but winter in Malta is basically a summer in the UK :-) I wanted a quiet stay and it was, still lots of familys and couples but not over flowing. 「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel !
