「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. 」

「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby. Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside. The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious 」

「I must rate this hotel at 5 stars. Although some facilities are a bit old, all of them are well maintained. The location is perfect and close to many tourists spots. Last but not least, their cat Leo is the best cat in Penang.」
