「This hotel was comfortable, safe, and clean. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm smile. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was exactly as expected. Overall, great stay. 」

Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group. Biggest issue was pool and hot tub which...
