「Breakfast was all processed foods, except for some fresh fruit. We were on the first floor near some of the amenities but it was quiet. Too many small lights on in the room (tv, microwave, clock, etc) Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and sincere. Really liked the number of hooks in bathroom and the bars at the sink to hold washcloth/hand towels.」

「We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P」

「Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise」

「All good!」

「Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.」

「I will be contacting an attorney due to the violation of my ADA protections」

「It is fine, but I don’t think it is a 3 stars hotel」

「很讚 早餐好吃的服務好」

「The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

「They had me sign a paper that stated I would be responsible for a $250 cleaning charge, but the whole floor I was on smelled of weed. I had to leave my driver license in order to use the iron and ironing board plus a broom. No coffee maker, you have to buy one. I asked the worker if the coffee in their community coffee pot was fresh, she stated the night crew made it the night before, the coffee maker was still going. It was a disaster. No clean sheets or towels you have to buy them. Absolutely...
