「I got moved last minute bc i requested a balcony so i could go smoke more conveniently. I have my 2 year old with me so it made things so much easier. She loves the balcony, and giant bath (pool) below. I think since I requested this access last minute maybe they were not 100% ready for me, but only a small detail missing. Empty toilet paper. Fixed within a few minutes and all was good. Decided to extend my stay and front desk worker recommended using this site to book as its always gonna save...

「We came in a night early without a reservation. Although they didn’t have our reserved room for that night, they had one cleaned and us moved into our reservation the next morning by 9am. We were there with a large family group and the breakfasts were always great and stocked. Every person I encountered was pleasant and kind. The place has (mostly) been renovated and the rooms and beds are lovely. Thanks for a great trip! 」
