「Lovely, clean room. Very helpful check in staff. Ideally located using public bus for Disneyland. Would definitely use this hotel again.」

「All of the glassware provided in the room was oily, smudgy and covered in hand prints. Including the water carafe. I almost dropped it when I went to pick it up do to greasy dirty hand prints.」

「Parc was lovely, lots to do for the whole family, the vip cottage was a long way from the pools and shops, but we coped well with it, the cottage was ok, a few wear and tear marks, the coffee machine didn’t work, the filter coffee machine had no filter, neither did the shop, We was there during a heatwave and had NO Ac at all.. a couple of fans which did nothing at all, but again we managed well. We loved the activities and after spending a week in Disney is was a welcome break to just chill...

「早上報到時工作人員就寫錯房號，直到我園區玩了一整天看完煙火，回來提領行李回到飯店房間之後，因為行李太重扛不上二樓到櫃檯要改房間時才發現給錯房號跟住宿區域…超扯…隔天退房後忘了一罐啤酒在房內窗邊，詢問櫃檯直接表示房務回報整理沒發現，就是直接幹走當做自己的了啊！整理到沒帶走的物品連等個一天都不願意…Zz」

「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...

「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」
