Elevator was also closed at night, which made getting luggage upstairs impossible with physical limitations, so we had to go back to the other hotel to switch to a first floor room.」

「Sérieux, quand nous sommes arrivés, la déception de voir notre chambre. La moisissure dans la salle de bain, la poussière partout, Le téléviseur defectueux. Nous avons passé une nuit. Nous y retournerons jamais.」

「No slipper provide is not so convenient. Everything aside from this is good.」

The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「The paintings near the elevators on each floor are too scary for kids to view. Should consider to change to something else.」

「一般般，cp值不高！」

「地點方便，住宿OK。」

「Very quiet spot close to the Highway, but also close enough to walk to downtown Beloeil. Very nice amenities in the room, comfy bed. Helpful front desk staff too.」
