「Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Nice staff - expected issues due to inability to speak French but staff was very accommodating in conversing in English which was greatly appreciated. At one point, we inadvertently locked ourselves out of our room as we were getting ready to leave and a member of Housekeeping staff very graciously let us in. She gave a big smile and wave when we left. We would recommend Comfort Inn & Suites in Levis at this particular location (it appears there are 3 Comfort...

「We’ve stayed there, maybe 12 times so far, so we like it, however this time the first room we were allocated was unfit. Someone must have dropped a bottle of perfume in the room and the odor was simply overpowering and unhealthy. How they could not have realized this and corrected the situation is hard to understand. Fortunately they were able to move us to an upgraded room, but this should have not been required. They need to get it right the first time.」
