「Despite requesting airport pick up on arrival. No one was there to pick me up. Very frustrating after arrival from a series of long flights」

「For the price paid - everything was adequate. The pool wasn't functioning, though I think it is suitable enough, weather-wise to justify its opening. The room was better than the internet-pictures suggest. The shower was big and there was a fridge, TV, and kettle, along with tea. The single bed was wider than most singles which is a plus, and the window view was better than most. The place seemed in need of some maintenance which is no-doubt in similitude to other hotels given the last two...

「It is good for people who like a small-resort kind of environment in the suburb area. Not much service available. You will have to be on your own mostly. Not good for handicaps. No elevator but only 3 floors. You have to drag your luggage up stairs. The bed is too soft. But it has very nice little garden and kitchen.」

「사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다.」

「Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

「Otel temiz, personel ve şefleri gayet ilgili, müşteri ilişkilerinde güleryüzlü ve kibar. İş seyahatinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı eksiksiz karşılayabileceğiniz bir otel. Spa ve havuz tesislerini bizzat deneme şansım olmadı ama onlar da tertipli görünüyordu. Sorun aramak için çok fazla yüksek beklentilerde olmak lazım.」
