「Good breakfast. The fire alarm called at night. We still have a nice stay.」

「Booked 3 nights here, after being booked they sent a message saying AC was out. It was still out days later when I arrived. Staff was super nice, but property was run down. peeling wallpaper, elevator broken, Phoens & internet wer out the last day i styaed. I ended up leaving after 2 nights. AND was given no refund after I sent a message to Best western. very disappointed because this used to be a beautiful property my family and I had stayed at many times over the last 25 years.」

「Wow! What a beautiful hidden surprise! Totally enjoyed our time there. The only complaint was - the breakfast area was on the 3rd floor from our room with stairs only.」

「Spacious and well laid-out suite with multiple windows that opened for fresh air. Large fridge, ample counter space, two televisions. Bed and sofa were not comfortable - saggy and springy. Room had slight smell like it could use new carpet and paint.」
