"Breakfast selection was standard for a HI express. Unfortunately in this hotels case, all of the bread, and especially the bread rolls were too stale to have eaten. The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again. "
