「It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

「酒店比较旧，大厅有很多古董，这个还挺有特色的，房间卫生还成，隔音效果一般，设施比较旧，距离哥打巴鲁的景点比较近，步行可以到达，饭店的早餐不错，距离机场也不远，酒店可以提供出租车叫车服务，很方便」

「Strategic place. Near pasar siti khadijah. Have pasar tani every night in front of the hotel. Easy access to food. Breakfast not much variety. Nevertheless, very satisfied!」
