Could have been better

Smoke smell, with no sound proof and leaking in sink. Just not pleasant experience. But with the price (cheap), it cater all the compulsory facilities.

Polite Staff, Good Price

I am no a type of person that have time to give feedback, but this hotel deserve mine. Hotel staff are very polite, willing to give us check in early because we are really tired after 7 hour drive to Kota Bharu. Breakfast buffet food are delicious. The room is comfy. Parking provided. In town, very close to Pasar Siti Khadijah and other interesting places. Definitely will check in this hotel again if i go to Kota Bharu.

Hmm.. Okay la.. (just nice)..

The room is just nice for sleeping. The window is facing inside an 'air shaft' so what you can see is 4-corner of walls. Funny I got this; against the 'room on highest floor with panorama view' I requested on-line. What a fate..!! But, I enjoyed the breakfast menu even though they're just simple local dishes.

The "Nasty" inn

We had only been in the hotel for less than a minute and the staff started lying to us, the first of many. The room smelt of smoke with an overpowering stretch of damp and fowl plumbing, it is the first time we have had to go out to buy air freshener for a room. The room was not equipped as described on Expedia, when I asked for the equipment they told me my favorite lie, that Expedia had written the room spec. After showing them how ridiculous their suggestion was they told me they would ring the manager, another lie. After some time I had not heard back from them so I went back to reception told them I would stay there until the manager came to speak to me, the issue was partly resolved. However the room was still a depressing prison like room with no natural light or fresh air. Inferior room but in no way a superior room. Breakfast is difficult to fully describe, the food was inedable and the tea / coffee undrinkable. Only went to breakfast once, once too many times. All in all staying here was a very unpleasant experiance avoid if you don't want the same, it truly is a Nasty hotel.

長距離バスターミナルから遠く、若干不便。繁華街から少し遠く、歩いて10分程度かかる。ホテルの設備もやや古いが、価格を考えられると妥当。スタッフは親切。

We spent a night there to reach Kuala Besut the day after. The receptionist told us there was no way to go there but a 90 minute taxi ride and that he could arrange the trip for us. We said "no thanks" and found there's a bus going there with a few RM departuring just behind the hotel. They gave us a stinky rooms for smokers. The room was dirty. A boxer over the lamp was there to welcolme. Small windows on the dark (really, in was something like a well). No shower courtains. The bathroom was a pool after a shower.

AVOID! Faulty towers in Kota Bharu exists!

AVOID! The photo's of the rooms must have been from either another hotel, or from the 80's as our rooms were different, dirty, smelly (of smoke) and not at all close to the image presented. The reception was unable to provide even the easiest info (where can I get some ice!?), nor did they read our request for an extra bed, so we had to wait to get our son to rest. The area is bad, nothing in close worth while mentioning. Overall, this was our worst hotel in 3 months of travel so far! AVOID!
