If you are a tourist or just feeling like wanting to try something unique go for this salad rice (Nasi Kerabu). Mix all the ingredients well preferably with hands. Eating with your hand is the norm here. Steal a glance and see how the locals did it.

Best fresh water prawn noodle here. Ask for their special and be prepared to slurppp.... Or if u don't fancy prawn ask for crabs (seasonal) instead
