「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「Muy lindas habitaciones, creo le resta un poco de calificación no tener restaurante, gym etc pero muy agradable el hotel, está un poco lejos.」

「Clean rooms, good service, nice location with beautiful view of the river.」

「Very nice」

「The room is standard, but the service is good. Excellent breakfast also.」
