「This stay was just awful, mostly due to the desk staff. The fire alarm went off, no ones fault and the FD was there quickly. 「Starting with the cons: I booked an upgraded and larger corner room that was great…until it wasn’t. I found out that we had NO COLD WATER while I was IN THE SHOWER!!! We ended up having to wait quite a while for someone to come up and take a look at the situation. Eventually, we had to switch to a smaller regular room.
