「The disinfectant odor was unpleasantly strong and there was a concerning note about the elevator not working if a button was pushed too hard, so we took the stairs.」

「They charged us an early check in fee. We were early but I’ve never been charged an early check in fee before. The pool is very small. The gym smelled funny. But it was fine, a perfect place to crash for a night.」

「Shawn was extremely helpful when checking in and making sure all my needs were met. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Extremely comfortable arm chair. Beds were hard and extremely high. I had to run and jump to get up on the bed. Desk chair kept going down. Only having one armchair proved to be a little bit of an issue as only one of us could sit comfortably and watch TV. I ended up sleeping in the chair covered up with my beach towel because I got tired of trying to get back up on the hard bed. ...

「Awful stay, even if it was for a few hours to rest before driving. Walked into our first room and no ac on and a large puddle of water on the floor by door when we went in. Went back & told clerk who assigned new room. New room at least had ac. Bedspreads had yellow stained spots. Desk chair was filthy. Water staining ceilings. Bathtub was gross. Back door to room was scratched up from a pet? Table not wiped well. Telephone hadn’t been cleaned in a decade from the looks of it. Lampshades dirty...

「I booked king bed room, upon arrival receptionist said my room is not available, instead of king bed I got two queen bed. I couldn’t sleep with my wife on a queen bed it’s just too small for us, so we had to separate and sleep into two beds, the queen bed room was directly by the highway, we couldn’t sleep by hearing all the highway traffic, my wife was gonna take a shower saw the tub was dirty and had some hair in it. Just very uncomfortable experience. Never here again 」

「Grounds had trash everywhere, needed to be mowed bad! Pillows flat as pancakes. Went down for coffee at 9:15 and there was none. Eating area was a mess. Housekeeping came around at 9:30 banging on the door. If I had still been asleep I would have been very upset. Checkout is 11:00. We were out late the night before and do not appreciate this. Very disappointed in the reviews I saw and what we got for price.」
