"We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was fresh, though the selection was a bit limited. The location was very convenient for skiing at Hanazono. There were ski lockers on the ground floor and a small snack shop right next to the hotel, which made everything easy and comfortable."

"2025/10 旅館外面有工作人員協助，大廳很大旁邊就是湖景，不能從大廳直接走到湖邊，必須從大門出去繞到湖邊。房間日式榻榻米和臨窗的桌椅，不習慣坐榻榻米桌邊者可坐到窗邊。去大浴場最好從房間帶去毛巾和大浴巾，目前很多旅館都是如此要求，有戶外浴池泡起來比較舒服，隔日男湯和女湯交換，浴池有些不同。早餐偏日式餐點，可以自煮烏龍麵，麵包會先烤熱方便取用。晚餐可動手成吉思汗烤肉有鹿肉和羊肉，有腥羶味。或動手做炊飯，鰻好吃的。晚上8:45開始放煙火，坐在房間也可看到，但大部分人喜歡到湖邊，比較有餐與感。"

"整體上都非常滿意，可以說是我咁多年來去旅遊最滿意的酒店。只有一個提議，就是浴室內的沐浴露和洗頭水等，只是一小瓶，如果換了大一點的就更好了。"

"完美的酒店，因為是淡季，訂了有兩房含廚房的套房，面積寛敞。酒店是代客泊車的，入口很隱蔽。早餐是半自助餐，款式較少卻十分美味。員工能說流利英語，主動幫忙及協助。"
