「The carpet in the room had lots of stains on it, which didn't look good. Besides this, the room was adequate and comfortable. The hotel didn't accept an international credit card, which was surprising.」

「Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money.」
