「Amenity of this hotel is almost perfect. But when I checked in the hotel at night, no one could speak even simple English. Foreigners should not stay here.」

「Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money.」

It is supposed to be just Xingtai Hotel, and the address is (Zing'an N Rd, XingCheng Qu, Huhehaoto Shi, Neimenggu Zizhiqu, China 010000). It was very frustrating to be in a taxi and spend an extensive amount of time to look for the hotel. Please correct the information on the hotel.」
