「Wonderful and friendly staff always willing to help and accommodate. 」

「Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. 」

「We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance. This is not a neat place at all, paint jobs on the walls is very shabby. The furniture needs polishing, its terrible. The windows, floors, linen were really dirty and smelly. There is no benefit of a review view room, because the windows are too dirty, you cant view much. Do not go by the pictures, they are just...

「Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. 」
