「I booked this property through Expedia for Father’s Day for 6 people (3 bedrooms). After completing the reservation, it suddenly showed “6 guests in 1 room,” which was already concerning. We drove 4 hours to Tampa, and upon arrival the instructions said to contact the property to pay the balance and receive the entry code. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. 「This is a scam. Do not book it. When I arrived the real house owner was there and told me its not a rental home. I did not get my money back.」

「Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Had some issues communicating with the host that resulted in me getting a parking ticket. Another small issue is with all the traffic ( the loft sits directly on top of a bustling coffee shop and when the employees would slam the doors the whole room would shake and with the dog park right next door) its not the most conducive for a slumbering morning to sleep in. But again overall, the room was top notch, everything you need and the location was close...
