「I stay almost exclusively at Holiday InnExpress and this is the single worst property I’ve stayed at . Room was horrible water standing under AC unit , TV remote had electrical tape wrapped around it holding in batteries . Walls in bathroom crumbling , coffee maker leaks water everywhere, shaper curtain pulling out of wall , just surprised at disrepair. I am surprised Holiday Inn allows their name on this location」

「Vagrants in parking lot, looking into and trying doors of vehicles parked there. Other erratic behavior highly indicative of drug use.」

「Pool closed. Staff tried to scam us for more money. Showed them in writing the pet fees on Expedia and referred back to the amount he also told us in the beginning and then he kept trying to raise it and when I showed him he was wrong he said oh I am new but it’s his family running the property and he was laughing. He thinks it is ok to try to scam a disabled retired veteran with Parkinson’s for more money. Horrible experience.」
