Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown
Toilets didn’t work, no servicing, lobby restrooms filthy, coffee shop attached was garbage. The staff didn’t care no customer service.

They are exceptional in their service and even when we had an alarm going off in our row while I was recovering after surgery, they kindly made things right and I appreciate it their efforts and their professionalism.
