「Pro: The area surrounding the place was beautiful. Con: unit was not clean when we arrived. Beds had been made but sheets were dirty. Dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty. The stove top still had food on it and the oven had burned food in it. Plus, the A/C unit was not working. Also, the pool was being refurbished so it did not have water in it.」

「This stay has a pretty good location for a nice price. “Breakfast” its not -breakfast- at all, they only buy packed muffins and put it on a table, that’s it, don’t go counting on their breakfast. Rooms were super clean, althought their beed needs to be changed. 」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
