「The staff was courteous and professional. My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again. 」

The staff are exceptionaly friendly and helpfull - they go above and beyond expectations.The hotel is set in extensive grounds with lots of palm trees with a large pool to swim or relax by. The least epensive rooms are clustered in round chalet ype buildings set in pleasnt grounds. The more expensive rooms are in wings of the hotel near the pool.
