「was very disappointed with this hotel. The appearance of the property was not good at all, and it looked nothing like the photos or description shown when I made the reservation. The pictures made it seem much cleaner, nicer, and more updated, but the reality was completely different. I feel the listing was misleading, because what I saw online did not match the actual condition of the hotel in any way. I would not have booked this place if the photos and description had been accurate.」

「Each staff member we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. We were staying for a lacrosse event at Utica Park, so this was very convenient. The park is a 7-10 minute easy drive.」

「It is ok accommodation for the money」

「卫生好差，床单上有血迹没有换，前台服务好，做卫生的服务员一敲门就进来，速度太快了，还没来得及回答就进来搞卫生。住宿条件一般」

「Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed.」

「Been there 3 years in a row. This year the elevator was not working properly, had to push the open button to get out. Maid service was not. Stayed 3 nights and had to get my own towels and put my trash by my door. Will not stay there again!」

「My wife and I stayed for a night to attend a wedding. The room and the property were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was worried that the 3 pm check-in would make us late to the ceremony, but the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in took less than 5 minutes! The lobby had decent coffee even in the afternoon. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.」

「Newly renovated rooms」

「This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!」
