The staff at the front desk in the evening on Sat and Sun morning (same staff member as she was on a turn & burn schedule) - she was excellent. Efficient as she was running the desk with multiple guests and the phone at the same time. She was magic, delivering good service to all even me, as I was the last to check in. The room was great and sparkling clean - the facility looked great and felt very safe."

Breakfast choices smelled and looked yummy. If we need to stay in Florence again, we definitely will return."
