「The room is really neat and confortable. If you come here with kids, there is a indoor pool where kids can play around. Breakfast selection is mediocre.」

「I stay here when I visit Dubuque. I won't stay anywhere else!! The front desk staff is amazing! They are very personable and courteous. The room is always clean and the price is very affordable!!」

The only complaint that I have is that it took forever for the heat to actually warm up when I got to the room it was off and then it took a couple of hours to get it up to 65 even but I still love the room and take a visit to the hot tub, which is really nice and warm, but the bubbles didn’t work but still had a great time.」

「Staff was great. We had an issue with the heat in our room, maintenance arrived at our room as soon as he got to work. He got us a new room, made sure the cleaning staff took care of the room ASAP and went to the front desk to retrieve our new key cards.」
