「Convenient location and good staff service.」

「This is a nice hotel in a great location. Don’t get the small room- they are TiNY! Staff were very helpful getting us upgraded to a bigger room, which was very nice. But with how much rooms cost, it would have been nice to have a good coffee maker in the room, rather than a few small packets of instant coffee!! Also staff could be a little more friendly. Asking guests how the stay was, if the room was good, something that shows interest in the customer experience goes a long way. And I think...

「Room cleaning is only provided upon request at the front desk. However, they only give you one bath towel, meaning if you don't ask for a room clean, you're stuck using the exact same towel for multiple nights. On top of that, luggage storage comes with an extra fee. Given the price I paid (though it might be because I booked through a third-party platform), it’s really not worth it」
