Best location

It was a very pleasant stay with beautiful ocean view room right with a beautiful beach . Very good breakfast, lovely with gym and swimming pool and the breakfast was amazing. The only minus was that you have to pay for parking. That was annoying.

Our first stay at Helnan Marselis Hotel and we loved it! My sister stayed here twice and recommended it to us, and she was right. Stunning sea views, direct beach access, and a spacious room with comfy beds and a balcony overlooking the water. A delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh options and relaxing wellness facilities. Great location - walking distance to the Infinite Bridge, Marselisborg Castle and Deer Park, and just 10 minutes by bus to Aarhus city centre. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We’ll definitely be back! 🌊❤️

Great location and view, large room, large bathroom. Comfy beds. Everything is very dated. The hotel really needs renovation. Old and small tv, limited channel. Poor wifi. Room got very warm - no A/C. Great when arriving by car, large car park (charged). Average breakfast.

Location was brilliant by the sea. But the hotel had seen its better days long ago. Rooms, floors, carpets, corridors were dirty and disgusting. Its a pity, cause the location is marvellous. Also staff was unfriendly since the first reception communication to restautants.

An unforgettable night in Aarhus.

We stayed for visiting our family friend and it is our first time visit Aarhus. The hotel is right next to the infinite bridge and it has a nice pool and a beach. We were unfortunately having some unexpected accident but the night shift manager just kindly help us out. Very professional and very polite. They always has the phrase: no problem. As you wish. You really feel this is what you need for a holiday. Not super luxurious of course but is more than enough you can enjoy.

If you are looking for a hotel with an aura of past glory, then this is it. In fact it too has left the premises. If you want to charge bar items to the room, that's a no "we have two different systems". Good they made it easy for themselves. If you want to drink something in your room, then what management thinks what we quest deserves are paper cups.

Parkering til 110,- er at snyde sine kunder. Læg evt noget på i prisen og så lad det koste meget lidt evt. Folk holder ude på vejen og tænker på jeres nabo. Selve hotel er super godt, ingen klager herfra og god morgenmad. Kommer nok ikke igen, da der findes andre alternativer uden parkering afgift lidt en skjul pris

Nedenstående skal ses i lyset af vi betalte 3.500 kr. for to nætter udenfor Århus. Ved ankomst var et kæmpe arrangement , så det var næsten umuligt at finde en p-plads, som oveni kostede pengene at benytte. Vi fik et lille og iskoldt værelse, hvor gulvvarmen i badværelset ikke virkede. Der var ikke nogen hylder eller et bord ved vasken til opbevaring af ting. Når den ene badede blev den anden våd på ryggen og gulvet foran vasken blev plaskvådt. Ingen badekåber eller sko til spa-området. Poolen var beskidt og hele spa-området var kold og ligeledes vandet i poolen. Man ønskede ikke at opholde sig dernede. Dertil kommer at man skal krydse veje fra omklædningen med udefra kommende på vej til poolen. Ved fremlæggelse af kritikken reagerede reception passivt og uforstående.
