「The owner, who is the person at the front desk, has been helpful. He is nice, courteous, and engaged in conversation with my wife and I. We told him why we came to Arcadia, and he provided us with useful information」

「The room would not get cool. The thermostat was on 66 and it ran all night. I slept under a sheet only so I did not sweat. I had to request new bedding because a long black HAIR was under the sheets. Bed in a bag was the wrong size, they brought additional bedding which did not include pillow cases. 」

「The Bathroom smelled like a season old hockey bag of wet hockey equipment. The phone did not even work (no dial tone) and the pool area which inconveniently was right outside my window is STUPIDLY open 24 hours and some clown(s) were talking audibly in my room while sitting in the pool area at midnight, and I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of people's voices, and I asked the manager upon checkout if the pool was open 24 hours, and he said YES ! and I replied WHY ?!? all i head...
