「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being...

「Did the job for 1 night as we were exhausted. But will never stay there again. It was dirty and we saw roaches. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. Also, people live there long term. Will never stay there again」

La chambre est propre (peut mieux faire quand même car présence de moucherons...). La décoration est récente. La salle d'eau agréable. ça sent le neuf ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix !」
