Appartement sympa mais chauffage centralisé réglé trop bas. Un chauffage d’appoint était disponible, j’ai passé la soirée avec et dormi avec dans la chambre.

Appartement spacieux, bon rapport qualité/prix. Juste regrétable que pour un appartement de ce standing, il n'y ait pas de climatisation. A défaut, la double exposition permet de bien ventiler l'appartement. La VMC est un peu bruyante.
