「Nice」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.」

Otherwise recommend for Bell Auditorium convienently located nearby. Also church right across from Bell Auditorium offers closes parking $10.」

「My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The room phone was also...

「Clean rooms and helpful staff」

「the rooms were large and the floors clean, refrigerator was small but uesable. Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people were working the desk. I didn't use pool, but it look clean (outside) Parking was in a gated lot the fence needs some repain in places.」

「This is a bare-bones hotel, and it’s not aging well for how new it is. Hallways aren’t air-conditioned & it took about 8 hours for the room to get down to a tolerable temperature. Parking lot was absolutely full when we got back after midnight. Upsides: Room and bathroom were clean, with an excellent handicap-accessible bathtub with adjustable shower height and lots of well-placed grab bars. Breakfast was better than I expected, given the sparseness of everything else. Coffee was good...

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
