「La habitación muy linda, cama súper cómoda, atención espectacular」

「Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room. Can say enough about the GHL highly recommend and we would stay again. 10/10」

「The outdoor pool was a highlight of our stay! The staff were great! AC worked very well, and the suite was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a great part of the town…totally secure. The staff has a very nice birthday gift for my sister who turned 70–flowers and a delicious cake. Just a small mishap—the taxi driver that the hotel ordered didn’t show up in time at the airport. But we took an Uber, which was very convenient and cheaper. But the next time the hotel ordered a taxi to take us to the...

「The Hilton Cartagena in El Laguito is a magnificent hotel. Our stay was perfect, from location, to staff, breakfast buffet, cleanliness, hotel room, pools, beach, just everything. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. The pillows, mattresses and pillows are so plushy and inviting. All employees go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Another top thing is the silence at night. It's soundproof and we get to sleep in peace. My husband and I can't wait to go back! 」
