「First the staff were excellent. Very pleasant and accommodating. No complaints at all about them. On arrival we requested bottom floor. The staff was very accommodating to our request We arrived in our room, placed our luggage down. About 20 minutes realized the carpet in areas was soaking wet. We were placed in another room. 「The hot water, shower head, and air conditioning were fine. The second night I killed a cockroach and noticed what I would say look to be a slug (slimy fat looking worm).」

「Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!」

「This was an amazing place. The house was very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The view around the property couldn’t have been better. The host was very nice and his wife made some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. There is a couple of small restaurants that are very good close by and an assortment of chain restaurants within a 30 minute drive. I will definitely be staying here again soon.」
