「Everything was fine 」

「The property itself was decent. The staff for the most part was nice. There are a few bad apples in the bunch. The check out process was not the best. Felt as if we needed to be a diamond member for certain amenities to have. But for a nice property to stay at and have a decent night rest and ok food. Not bad 」

「Breakfast was nice, and so was the fire pit outside. Rooms were clean and nice. Do not go for the purpose of the pool because it’s tiny, but little kids would still enjoy it. Overall staff was great! There was just one front desk lady that wasn’t very pleasant. My biggest complaint was the SMELL in the elevators and in the hallways of the guest rooms, kind of garbage-like.」

「Rooms clean but worn out, no tissues, spots on the bed and towels. Went for breakfast, no coffee at 730 am so went elsewhere. Okay place for overnight stop but nothing to write home about.」

「The only good thing I can say about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down. The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over it, along with many hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was stained and dirty looking. The door to the room had a huge gap under it that all kinds of critters could crawl under it. I did not feel safe...

「I sent one of my techs to this property, very little staff, rooms were smoked in which caused him not to be able to sleep. He told me this is the worst Hotel he has ever stayed in. If Hotels allow smoking in the rooms it should be mentioned in the adds.」
