「Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. 」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. 「The Hotel should be a four star not a 3.5. The bed was hard by western standards but was able to sleep. The staff are brilliant except at the rooftop bar, which has spectacular views. Booked for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights. The interior is very good, with plenty of different types of artwork throughout. The rooms are of a reasonable size and has smoking and non-smoking floors. To lift their standards more, the bathtowels need to be thrown out and replaced with higher quality that...
