「Prima uitgangspunt om Troyes te verkennen. Kamers waren erg schoon en personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat we leuk vonden is dat we s’avonds gewoon een koffietje konden drinken in de bar zonder additionele kosten. Minder was dat de drankjes niet lekker waren. Ik bestelde Moscow mule, die in een Glas geserveerd werd ipv een koperen mok en die gewoon niet lekker was.」

「Very compact room but well laid out. Quiet. The only complaint is that it is quite remote and because we had not eaten we wanted to eat at the restaurant the evening of arrival. The lady said we had not booked and it was full so not possible which I consider awful service, especially on a Sunday when any shops would be closed. We fortunately had some nuts and apples that evening but it has put me off the place for any future trips.」

「Leider hatte das Zimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch, möglicherweise lag das am Teppich. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Der Pool war leider nicht sauber, einige Haare drinnen. Noch einmal würden wir leider nicht hingehen. Jedoch das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal nett.」

「Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom .」

「Slecht onderhouden hotel waar alles erg verouderd is. Onze familiekamer was niet heel schoon met nog haren in het bad en een niet goed werkend toilet. Ook het eten in het restaurant en het ontbijt in de bar is zeer matig en daardoor veel te duur. De minigolf banen zijn in slechte staat. Het zwembad is heel basic al was het water wel schoon.」
