「Nice over night stay for the fam」

「Nice location. Pretty spot on lake. Clean clear water.」

「This getaway was everything that I needed. It was quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed all the amenities. I'll likely make this an annual trip. I loved every aspect of the place. It surpassed my expectations.」

「The check in process was difficult in that, I could not find the codes in the link they sent and I called and they provided incorrect codes so we were still not able to access property or room. The person did stay on the phone with me until it was resolved and we had access to property and room.」

「This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy...

「Great place to stay clean welcoming and great staff.」

「Checking in was a bit confusing as when you entered the building you would find a note telling you to call a number where you were instructed to look for a building wrapped in paper where you would check-in.. not very convenient. Was told it’s a non smoking building yet when you entered what appeared to be the former lobby, it smelled of smoke.. lack of security for the building as the former lobby door was never locked, anyone could enter the building. Had trouble getting Sufi after two trips...

「WAY overpriced ($300/night). “Breakfast” didn’t exist, coffee and fruit loops. “Transient” looking residents working on their car in the parking lot. They hang out drinking beer and smoking cigarettes in the East entrance area. Bath towels were old, stained and dingy. Opened a facecloth and found a long black hair. Hotel offered maid service every four days?!? We won’t return.」

「Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable, everything you need. Restaurant has tasty food and friendly staff, an early breakfast option would be nice for those people who want a bite before going to work on the fish bite. Boat launch is usable but needs some work especially for loading boats.」
