「I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. 「The staff were super nice and always willing to help, the shuttles were so convenient, the food was delicious and the animals were right there with us, beautiful view, if you want to be emerged in the wild life and still experience luxury this place is perfect, very happy with picking this spot! My concierge was Miguel and helped me with anything I needed! 10/10 Definitely recommend.」

「Construction work was going on , we were not notified, only one restaurant open, and only one bar as well. Limited choices of food. Room service charged $25, which is high considering no choice of restaurants. Taxi to town was $40. It was mentioned that this is an adult only resort. In low season we saw many families. Avoid in low season. Not worth the price tag. Found lots of other similar priorities in the area with cheaper price tag.」

「The house and property are amazing. We love to stay at unique properties and this was one of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. Everything about the property was clean, perfect, and very inviting. We especially enjoyed the peaceful sound of the river on the property, the extremely unique design of the home built in the middle of giant boulders, and the jacuzzi inside the home. If you are on the fence about booking a stay here just book it. We will definitely be back.」
