Likewise, the staff was always very friendly and did their best with the available resources and the obstacles they faced. However, I regret to inform you that the hotel does not seem to be prepared for peak season in terms of staffing, towel availability, and cleanliness. My husband is a very light sleeper, and although we requested a room change because our stay was for two weeks, we were placed on the fifth floor, in the room next to the elevator and below the lounge. The noise of tables and chairs being moved until 10:30 p.m. made it extremely difficult for him to rest, and we could not be relocated because the hotel was full. On the other hand, I had a serious health issue related to the breakfast buffet. I was recovering from food poisoning for four days; after temporarily moving to another hotel to rest, I became ill again immediately after eating at the buffet upon my return. Additionally, we experienced daily inconveniences with the towel service, as we had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. to receive them. "Overall, the stay was very good. We had an issue with having not hot water. After unpacking and settling into the room I attempted to take a shower only to discover not hat water. After several attempts to resolve the issue we were giving another room which required us to pack up and relocate to another room."

"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes.
