「Convenient location, friendly staff」

「Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. (Everything was just so busy and chaotic that a few things were overlooked). The...

「Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok.」

「The hotel seemed to be utilized as an extended stay for local construction workers so it was a bit more busy than a typical hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the laundry facility was great.」

My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt.
