「Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. (Everything was just so busy and chaotic that a few things were overlooked). The...

「Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok.」

「The checkin was smooth. Great location near Liberty University and shops. Male employee at breakfast area was super welcoming. Some damage to bathroom wall drywall area but otherwise very clean and well kept. Safe parking. Only down side was noisy people I could hear throw wall when trying to sleep. Thankfully bathroom vent fan helped drown it out mostly.」

「Refreshments were nice upon arrival . Loved the mango water at breakfast and the staff yhwt made the lemon water was very helpful . Kitchen staff at breakfast was also so nice. All was quiet and comfortable. Could have a dark roast at bfast lol but was glad ro have good coffee」

「Check in was fine, room was dirty, found old contact lenses on the floor. The bed had basically just two sheets on it, no blankets. Just felt dirty all around.」

My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt. Otherwise, all was great.」
