「The best hotel I’ve ever been in. I got a balcony bay view I wish it was a little higher up but it only goes up to like the fourth floor for balconies. Staff is absolutely amazing! I felt like I was at home and they treated me like I was their family. Great location that you can walk to stuff downtown Panama City. I can’t wait to visit again.」

「Book 2 rooms and although appeared to be clean one of the rooms had an awful smell when we opened the door. The smell cam from the bathroom. Nothing a little bleach and Lysol couldn’t fix. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay again.」

「I couldn't access the side doors with the room keys the whole stay. After getting two sets of keys made I just gave up. That was a tad inconvenient. The hotel was clean and my stay was good overall.」

「Overall the stay was good, except that they don't have any Dishes in the kitchen, you have pay extra for that or get your own dishes. Also no shampoo or conditioner included. These are standard items expected in a suite.」

「The beds seemed to be clean, the mattresses were good and so was the bathroom. But taking a shower it felt like the floor would give in! The shower head was hanging loose. All lights only had one bulb working instead of two. The shower knob was missing a part, you could not select the shower head alone. Water came out half through the shower head and have through the tub faucet. When we came into the room it smelled like mold cleaner… very suspicious! The pool was so dirty!!! You want to expect...
