「Everything was great」

「Room had bed bugs, went to front desk at 10am and was told to come back at 3 pm, I had a king bed I paid for and was given two double beds across the hall where the garbage was dumped but not changed, something red was all through the garbage bag, sheets on the bed had red stains, no refund/discount was offered, no apology and no one came up to check, I had to spend 150 dollars washing clothes and getting spray for all my luggage and gear and the new beds, room was never cleaned but they did...

「Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.」
