「Friendly staff, great experience 」

「The property is unique but the staff were not that helpful and service not that good! The breakfast is very average.」

We also had dinner at the rooftop Suzangaron Restaurant & Terrace. The combination of great food, friendly service, and stunning panoramic views created an unforgettable experience. 「The reason we booked this hotel for our family with 3 children was to use the swimming pool. However we arrived in April to be told not opening the pool for 3 days! So after we have left. Expedia and hotel website do not say it will be closed in April. We had to move hotels. 」

「Hotel is located at city center in Labe Hawse. The front desk clark was very helpful. He helped us every way he could. Thank Mohd. Omar.」

「Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.」
