「I don’t know how this happened lace was classified as a hotel, AC did not cool, towels were really old. The mattress was absolutely trash quality. Staff was friendly, but did not understand much English」

「Refurbished classic building with courtyard. Furniture and design of the rooms is very modern and pleasing. The family running the hotel is lovely and all about the customer experience. The hotel is in a location very near the Ark Fortress but not in the middle of things. Great breakfast! 」

「I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick 」
